  • Diaphragm Pumps

    Capacity: 0,3 – 16 m3h-1; 1000 – <1 mbar

    For dry, oil-free applications in the rough and medium-high vacuum range ILMVAC diaphragm pumps are used world-wide in production, research and science as well as in industry, laboratory and education. As an economically and ecologically superior alternative to water operated vacuum pumps the ILMVAC diaphragm pump range always offers a versatile, practical solution for many diverse applications between atmosphere and 1 mbar.

  • ATEX

    Capacity: 2,3 – 6,8 m3h-1; 1000 – <2 mbar

    Where required, ILMVAC provides chemically resistant diaphragm pumps which meet the requirements 94/9/EG (ATEX 95). Welch-Ilmvac developed 3 models of chemical resistant diaphragm pumps based on her experience of many years for EX-applications. Two models are designed for use in EX category 2, Zone 1, and are approved with a rating ATEX 95-II 2G IIB T4 X, 1 model is designed for use in EX-category 3, approved with a rating ATEX 95-II 3G c II B T3x.All models are equipped with 3 phase e-motors.

  • LVS Systems

    Flow: 20 – 238 l/min.

    LVS systems are designed for solvent distillation / evaporation applications and comprise an oil-free, chemical duty diaphragm pump with optional control packages, liquid containment and exhaust vapor condenser for optimal solvent recovery.
    LVS Systems are modular built, available with 2 or 3 pumping stations to generate vacuum as low as 2 mbar, resistant to acid and solvent vapors -eetted parts in PTFE, PVDF, PEEK, PP and glass- and are ergonomic designed.

  • ROdist Packages

    ROdist – Flexible Package for Efficient Distillation

    All in one ROdist packages – ROdist digital, vacuum pump or system and vacuum hose. For simultaneous operation of 2 Rotary Evaporators Ilmvac offers the LVS 320Z vacuum system with 2 digital vacuum controllers for improved distillation process monitoring. Every ROdist digital is supplied complete with control drive, heating bath, vapor tube NS 29/32, seal, glassware vertical coated with 1000 ml evaporation flask and 1000 ml receiving flask, clamps for glassware and woulf bottle.
    ROdist is equipped with space saving vertical glassware (coated), has a motorized height-adjustable lift with “Safety Stop” function and a compact design for minimal bench space.

  • Univac

    Univac – For the central supply of several vacuum consumers

    In a mobile framework up to 8 diaphragm pumps can be accommodated. The measurement and control system is easy to operate and maintain, installed in the switchbox. Suction and exhaust manifolds link the diaphragm pumps to central KF 25 ports.Condensates are caught both before and after the pumps in 500 ml round bottom flasks. The final vacuum level is govern by the selection of a particular pump type. The Vacuum Controller regulates the pump system with its unique software. The operating parameters are entered at the keyboard of the Controller or via PC (RS-232).

  • Instruments

    Multi range- and High vacuum gauges: 2000 to 6 x 10^-10 mbar.

    Piezo, CAP, micropirani, combi, hot and cold cathode sensors are used in this range. They work according to various measuring principles. The measuring principles which vacuum gauges use for the high vacuum range mainly depend on the type of gas involved.
    The wide range of ILMVAC vacuum gauges covers the different pressure ranges and applications. Some instruments can also be used as controllers due to the intelligent integrated electronics.
